The Church Hill Theatre, Inc. is a membership organization. In the past, our Annual Giving/Membership Appeal has solicited tax-deductible donations from individuals and businesses to help fund our operating budget. It also allows for designated gifts.  Privileges of membership have included advance notices of our production schedule and season subscription sales, quarterly newsletters, invitations to our special events and the opportunity to attend and vote on organizational matters at the Annual Meeting, held in June of each year.  Our appeal also offers an opportunity for gifts to be made “in Honor of” or “in Memory of” individuals (also tax-deductible) which, along with the above categories, are acknowledged quarterly in our newsletter and yearly in our “Showbill” publication. Financial support is also welcome in the form of donations to support specific efforts, such as the Theatre Renovation Fund and the Youth Education Endowment Fund.

Our annual appeal beginning Fall of 2005 marked the beginning of a separate solicitation from membership, allowing donors to choose a catagory of giving in order to support continuing operations at Church Hill Theatre.

The Membership program is currently being revamped and should be in place by June of 2006.  Existing members will begin receiving renewal notices, based on anniversary dates, on a rotating basis throughout theyear.  Membership levels will reflect benefits that recognize the special contributions our members make.

Until the program is underway, all existing members (those who donated to the organization between July 1st, 2004 and October 31st, 2005) will continue to be considered members with all the benefits of membership.
